A Friendly Utopia Homeowners Security Association Reminder

Dear Utopia Members,

There has, once again, been some reports about cars that are unlocked and have been rifled through late at night. Clearly these perpetrators are looking for a quick and simple score. Let’s not make it easy for them.

By locking our car doors, even when there is nothing of value in them, we help to discourage this kind of activity in our area. If they keep coming up against locked doors, they will stop coming here and go elsewhere. Please help our patrol officers and do your part. Let’s eliminate the easy target.

Thanks,

Utopia Board of Directors

Sunday Funday – Recap

Utopia families came together for a fun afternoon.  Thank you to everyone who attended this event.  We had a wonderful turn out. Neighbors enjoyed food, crafts, games & great weather!

In addition to promoting safety through our police patrol, we believe in safety through community engagement and knowing your neighbors.  Events like this provide an opportunity to connect members of the community and to help grow membership.  More members = more hours of patrol!

Special thanks to our volunteers who helped organize the event.
