We’re excited to share a new upgrade to our neighborhood security patrol: now, when you call the patrol phone, your name, photo (if uploaded), and address will appear instantly—helping officers respond faster and more accurately.
This new system connects your member profile from our website directly to the patrol’s phone using a secure tool called Pabbly Connect. It means fewer delays, better caller recognition, and quicker location tracking via Google Maps—especially helpful when communication is tricky due to background noise.
Why We Made This Change
Our patrol team shared that it was sometimes hard to identify callers, and telemarketing calls were a frequent distraction. Now, verified member calls stand out clearly, making patrols more efficient and focused.
How It Works
What You Can Do
Please log in to the website and make sure your contact info is up to date. You can also add household members to your profile so the patrol has the most complete information when responding.
Privacy Matters
Your data is protected behind our secure website login. Only the patrol and system admins can access contact info.
Looking Ahead
