We have a couple of important updates to share with you:
First, the association would like to announce 4 new members from Kent Ct. With the addition of these new members, we have expanded our geography a bit to include a portion of Kent Ct, just the cul-de-sac south of Poinciana. Please welcome our four new members.
Second, as you already know, we have been utilizing Elite Security to enhance our current patrol coverage. In the last two months, they have proven themselves to be a strong partner for our city police patrols. We have now added Elite Security and have assigned them some permanent patrols. Our police patrol coverage remains the same but we have added some additional weekly hours with Elite. This hybrid concept of security patrols will allow Utopia to be more flexible in our ability to add or change coverage as warranted.
As a reminder, if you need to call the patrol, our current cell number will be used for both the police and Elite. However, always in an emergency, dial 911 first. Please join the board in welcoming Elite Security.
