At apprx. 5:00 am, our units responded to a robbery incident in the area of Grand Ave and Virginia St.
We are still gathering information, but are looking for a White Latin male in his late teens, 5’7 – 150 lbs with medium length light brown dreadlocks. Last seen wearing a blue sweat hoodie and red shorts.
