Welcome to the Utopia Homeowners Association. Our neighborhood is one of the safest in the Miami-Dade area. For over thirty (30) years the Utopia HOA has been a voluntary neighborhood organization dedicated to making our neighborhood safe and secure. With a small financial commitment ($125/month) from each member we are able to hire armed, uniformed, off duty, Miami police officers to patrol our neighborhood. These armed officers are much more than security officers – they patrol in marked cars and carry the full arrest power of an on-duty police officer. As we add more members, we expand the number of hours that a dedicated police officer patrols our streets.
