We hope everyone had a wonderful summer! We are writing to let you know that Utopia has recently updated its payment software to QuickBooks online.
What does this mean for you?
If you pay membership dues with a credit card and the current card on file is expired or no longer valid, you may receive an email from our accountant, Rachel Boharic, at Rachel@BoharicCPA.com asking you to update your information. In a few instances, your member profile may not have been updated with the most current credit card information and it may be requested for future automatic payments.
For those members currently receiving invoices via regular US mail, these invoices will now be sent via email from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. This email is not spam. A new feature within the software includes the option to pay your invoice using the link provided in the email via a secure QuickBooks site. Of course, the option remains if you prefer to send a check instead.

We continue to provide our personalized service so either Rachel or myself will be contacting those whose credit card information we need to be updated.
